Limited Warranty / Liability
Furniture Trade warrants its products against defects in manufacturing and
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase, provided the product
was used under normal conditions and was used for the purposes for which it was
designed. Warranty does not include wear and tear. In case of a damage or defect due
to manufacturing, we will replace the item at no charge. It is required that Furniture
Trade receives digital images of manufacturing damages before replacement shipments
will be processed.
The warranty is to the initial purchaser only and is valid while they own the merchandise
without handling by any third party. No other warranty, including warranty of
merchantability and fitness, for any particular purpose will be made by Furniture Trade
either expressed or implied. Furniture Trade will not be liable for incidental or
consequential or attendant damages arising from any product defect by the owner.
The warranty doesn’t include any further transportation after single handed delivery to
the owners in under warranty period. It is required that Furniture Trade receives prior
notice before four days of shifting furniture in under Furniture Trade supervision and
transportation only. This service is not a part of under warranty claim services hence
packing and handling carriers are the subject to the extra delivery charges.
Once you have notified Furniture Trade of a problem with the goods, we will replace or
repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the
amount paid for the goods in question. Furniture Trade will not be liable to you for any
loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential
loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods. Furniture Trade shall
have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund
made under these conditions.
